Home of the 2019 Street of Dreams!

Located at 180th and Camelback Avenue (just ¼ mile south of Cornhusker Rd), the Metro Omaha Builders Association selected Bridgeport for this prestigious event in 2019. Graves Development Resources selected Rick Harrison, world-renowned neighborhood designer to layout Bridgeport’s beautifully flowing streetscape, amenities and trail system. The neighborhood design started with maximizing the use of the scenic abundant wetland views and walking trail locations. Street layouts are curvilinear and home setbacks vary throughout the neighborhood to maximize green views. We’ve minimized street side-yards which diminishes backyard clutter views. Over half the lots back to green space and not a neighbor.
